Warranty
each hearing aid is covered by a one year warranty protecting you from hearing aid failure caused by manufacturing defect or battery failure just pay Shipping and handling. We reserve the right to test all returned hearing aid for water intrusion, abuse or miss use. while these items are not covered as warranty we offer our protection plan available at the time of purchase.
Purchase protection plan
One available option is the additional protection plan this is available at the time of purchase and cost from $19.95-$39.95 per set of hearing aids. this protection plan has the following features
1. 30 day no fault return if within 30 calendar days order fulfillment you are unhappy with your purchase you can return the product for a refund of purchase price this does not included shipping cost or protection plan cost. Device must be retuned in functional condition with all original packaging, charger, paperwork, and unused supplies
2. Loss or damage the optional protection plan protects the original purchaser from loss or damage . There is a deductible for this and it can only be used one time per side. So if you wear them into the pool have no fear we have you covered return the damaged hearing aid and pay the deductible and return shipping a we will replace left or right side 1 time each with a deductible of $75 per hearing aid. This offer is only available one time per side and you must purchase the protection plan with the hearing aids.
